The 2007 Deloitte NSW Family Business Growth Award has been awarded to Sydney caterer Doltone House, following an announcement today at the NSW & ACT Family Business Australia (FBA) Conference.

The Deloitte 2007 NSW & ACT FBA Growth Award was established to recognise and reward the fastest growing private enterprises in NSW and ACT.

Doltone House, provides catering for corporate events, weddings and private dining at their three heritage listed owned and operated Sydney venues at Sans Souci, Sylvannia Waters and Jones Bay Wharf achieved an average of 49% turnover growth over the last three years.

Doltone House is a second generation family business with 60 employees. It was established in 1995 by Biaggio and Phillipa Signorelli who are the current owners and shareholders of the company. Their three children Paul, Nina and Anna are the directors of the company.
