Deloitte has appointed two new partners, Stephen Cornwell and Joe Tropeano.

Both Stephen and Joe join Deloitte from PricewaterhouseCoopers where they were instrumental in their Reward and Performance practice.

Re-branded Deloitte Reward and led by Stephen and Joe, the practice provides strategic-level advice and support to businesses on a broad range of remuneration and related employment issues including:

• remuneration strategies and structure
• design of cash and equity based incentive programs and development of performance metrics
• construct of executive contracts
• board advice on the governance aspects of remuneration 
• managing stakeholders and disclosures.
