Ana Hirakawa, a senior consultant at Deloitte, was interviewed by “Gestión” newspaper on the issue of salary raises for the principal executives in companies, and explained that these remunerations cover aspects such as fixed compensations, bonuses and extraordinary bonuses, and are closely related to the good results the high ranking executive may have obtained in his/her company.
