Deloitte has announced today the appointment of Kelvin McGregor-Alcorn as director to its Forensic and Dispute Services team. McGregor-Alcorn was previously a director at Kroll.

Humphry Hatton, head of Forensic and Dispute Services at Deloitte, commented: “We are delighted that Kelvin has agreed to join us. Kelvin is a leading expert in the field of forensic technology, specifically the collection and review of electronic evidence and e-discovery. This is increasingly requested and utilised by regulatory authorities and companies and is a critically important component of dispute resolution work. The collection, filtering and analysis of electronic information has boomed with the increasing volumes and proportions of data held in a variety of soft copy formats. Kelvin’s appointment is a big step in terms of us adapting and growing our forensic practice to meet the changing needs of our clients".

Kelvin McGregor Alcorn, Forensic Director at Deloitte added: “The effective collection and review of electronic evidence has never been more important. In any significant case, it is no longer optional but necessary. The forensic technology experts at Deloitte already have an impressive reputation as the leaders in their field, and I am looking forward to working with them to further develop our global evidence collection and review services.”
