Deloitte has once again risen up the graduate recruitment ranking by being named as the second most sought-after graduate employer in a ranking of the Top 100 Graduate Employers published today (14/09/06) by The Times.
Deloitte, which was ranked in sixth place last year, has risen more places than any other company in the top 10, overtaking organisations such as Accenture, KPMG and the BBC to take the second-place slot.
Deloitte’s graduate recruitment partner, Sarah Shillingford, said: “We are delighted with our ranking. This year we will be recruiting over 1,400 graduates and undergraduates and this independent recognition reflects our profile as a leading employer of UK graduates.”
Commenting further she said: “We are also pleased with our rankings on individual university campuses. At Oxford University our rating moved from fourth to first place this year. The individual campus rating is particularly important to us, as its means we’ve made significant progress towards our goal of being recognised as the number one firm for career and personal development.”
