Deloitte has today announced three new senior appointments to its expanding specialist UK real estate team.
There has been one director promoted to partner:
Claire Faulkner – Claire joined Deloitte in 1996 and is part of the Real Estate, Hospitality & Leisure group. She specialises in audit and assurance, including transaction support work and due diligence, particularly focussing on the corporate sector. Claire is based in London and joins a team of dedicated partners in the UK focusing on the sector.
In addition, two real estate specialists have also been promoted to director. They are:
Sean Randall – a member of Deloitte’s Stamp Tax Consultancy, Sean deals with stamp taxes on transactions in UK stocks, securities and real estate, specialising in stamp duty land tax. Sean is a barrister and Chartered Tax Adviser, a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group, and the editor of Sergeant and Sims on Stamp Duties.
Leonie Webster – Leonie qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte. She is based in London and specialises in providing corporate tax advice to real estate clients. Her work includes advising on property transactions both in the UK and overseas as well as providing advice to clients on structuring European funds.
Commenting on the new appointments, Alex Kyriakidis, managing partner, real estate, hospitality & leisure at Deloitte said: “Deloitte has one of the largest specialist real estate divisions in the UK bringing together over 350 professionals from across the firm’s service lines.

The Deloitte team works with a large number of real estate companies and fund clients both in the UK and abroad and is continuing to grow its real estate team practice to reflect the major challenges and opportunities facing the sector.
