Spending on property both at home and overseas remains one of the most popular ways for Irish people to invest their money, but many investors do not have a strategy in place that can deliver them the best returns.
On Friday, March 3, 2006, Deloitte will host a property forum in Douglas, Co Cork, that will review the current national and international investments markets, and outline how investors can make the most money from property investments.
Speakers will include experts from the areas of residential, commercial, industrial and overseas property investment, and the forum will take an in-depth look at the potential for growth in these sectors in Ireland and the UK. The Deloitte Property Forum will also consider how to best fund and structure property deals.
In addition, there will be a special focus on Germany, a market that has attracted a lot of attention from Irish investors over the last couple of years, in order to show attendees how to avoid the pitfalls of overseas property investment.
The Deloitte Property Forum will cover:
-
Commercial and Industrial Property Investment in Ireland and UK – presented by Roger Flack, Director, Hamilton Osborne King
-
Residential Property – presented by Lucy Wolfe, Managing Director, Lucy Wolfe & Associates
-
Structuring your Property Investment – presented by Brian Murphy, Partner, Deloitte
