Deloitte has today announced the appointment of four new partners – Michael Flynn, Christian MacManus, Honor Moore and Mike Sheehan. Michael and Christian become Corporate Finance and Audit Partners respectively in the Dublin office. Honor and Mike become Audit and Tax Partners respectively within the regional practice.

Michael Flynn, Partner, Corporate Finance
Michael leads the Specialised Finance group in the Irish practice. He advises the public, private and banking sectors on Public Private Partnerships (PPP), Project Finance and public sector related transactions across a variety of sectors including justice, transport, health, education, housing, waste and energy. Michael also advises on complex financial modelling development and review assignments. As a member of the Deloitte Global PPP Community, Michael is currently assisting international Deloitte offices on infrastructure projects in Central Europe and North America.
Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He was also awarded a masters diploma in corporate finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Christian MacManus, Partner, Audit
Christian is a Partner in our financial services audit group, specialising in the investment management and investment funds industries. His main area of expertise is in serving the investment management industry, with particular focus on alternative investment funds as well as mutual funds.
Christian currently sits on the Irish Funds Industry Associations ('IFIA') Marketing Committee.
He holds a commerce degree from the University of Dublin and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Honor Moore, Partner, Audit
Honor is a Partner in the Audit department of Deloitte’s regional practice, based primarily in the Cork office. She has extensive experience in providing audit and other assurance services to both multinational and indigenous Irish companies, across a broad range of industries.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Mike Sheehan, Partner, Tax
Mike is a Partner in the Corporate Tax department in the regional practice, also based primarily in the Cork office. He has extensive experience in advising both multinationals and indigenous Irish companies, across a broad range of issues. His main areas of expertise are in inbound investment, restructurings, acquisitions/disposals and the property sector.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. He has lectured extensively.
