London, February 12, 2006 — Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTT) member firms have more partners ranked among the top tax practitioners in their fields of expertise in the U.S. and U.K. than any other firm listed in Euromoney magazine's 2005 "World's Leading Transfer Pricing Advisers." This biannual report was just published by Legal Media Group, a unit of Euromoney Institutional Investor, and is available at www.expertguides.com.

With 74 tax partners listed, this marks the third time in a row DTT member firms' global transfer pricing advisers have come out on top in this industry and client-based ranking. The tax advisers in the Expert Guide are selected by corporate tax executives and private practitioners.

DTT member firms were tops among the "Big Four" professional financial services firms — Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG and PriceWaterhouseCoopers — with the most nominated experts in the U.S., U.K., Argentina, Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Singapore and Thailand. Deloitte was tied for first in Austria, Belgium, Brazil, India, South Korea and Venezuela.

The World's Leading Transfer Pricing Advisers report is used as a resource by corporations to identify leading tax advisors around the world. Legal Media Group distributed 3,500 questionnaires to corporations and private practitioners in more than 90 countries asking for their nominations of the most capable tax advisors.
