We use your information to understand and meet your needs, and deliver the programs and services you request. For example, we may use it to send you Deloitte information of interest to you.

When we share your information
At Deloitte, we sometimes work with partners and other organizations to help us deliver the programs and services you request. This may include other member firms of our global organization, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. In some cases, we may need to share your information with these entities. When we do, we only provide them with the information they need to perform their job.

How we protect your information
We protect your information from unauthorized access and use with appropriate safeguards and security measures. We keep your information as long as needed, or as long as required by law. After that, it is destroyed, erased or made anonymous. Deloitte employees are aware of our commitment and uphold it; it’s their job. We seek the same commitment from our partners and others with whom we share information.

You can access and update your information
You may update and request access to your information. Although we take care to keep your information accurate and up-to-date, please inform us if we need to make changes. In fact, it is in your best interest to do so.

We respect your choices
It’s up to you whether we can use your information. You generally give us your consent when you request our programs and services. And you have the power to withdraw your consent at any time — simply contact us and let us know. This may end some programs and services you receive from us.
