 The transition to shared services is a journey and not a one-off event. I am proud to invite you to the 2008 Deloitte Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Conference. The 2008 conference will cover the whole spectrum of that journey – whether you are considering shared services for the first time, looking to consolidate a number of operations or under pressure to optimise an already established shared services centre (SSC).
 This year we have drawn from our wide experience of shared services projects, good practices and the latest industry thinking to bring you the ‘Navigating your journey: The road to success’ conference.
