Roger Dassen (1965) graduated in 1988 from the University of Maastricht in business economics and in 1989 qualified as a chartered accountant. From 1974 to 1978, Jan Dalhuisen (1955) was assistant auditor at KPMG with an interruption for military service. He joined Arthur Andersen in 1978 and became a partner in 1987. Cees de Boer joined Arthur Andersen in 1981. Since the merger of Arthur Andersen between Deloitte in June 2002, he has worked for Deloitte. He has gained extensive experience as an accountant and later as a consultant to international clients. The last two years prior to his appointment to the Executive Board, De Boer was finance director for Deloitte, in which capacity he managed several restructurings.

Jorrit Volkers (1959) graduated in 1983 from the University of Groningen as a junior civil-law notary and in 1985 as a tax lawyer. He began working in 1985 as a tax advisor at Begheyn & Sneep, one of the legal predecessors of the current Deloitte. He became a partner in 1993, charged with building up the tax practice in northern Netherlands.
