Prof. Dr. R.J.M. Dassen RA
Chairman
Roger Dassen Roger Dassen (1965) graduated in 1988 from the University of Maastricht in business economics and in 1989 qualified as a chartered accountant. In 1995 he obtained his doctoral degree studying audit quality in Maastricht.

He worked as a chartered accountant (from 1996 as a representative, a position formerly known as 'partner') for Deloitte in Amsterdam where he also became the national managing director of accounting and auditing. Furthermore Roger Dassen is a professor at the VU in Amsterdam and honorary professor at the University of Maastricht.

Jan Dalhuisen From 1974 to 1978, Jan Dalhuisen (1955) was assistant auditor at KPMG with an interruption for military service. He joined Arthur Andersen in 1978 and became a partner in 1987. Jan Dalhuisen was responsible for the Assurance & Business Advisory practice in Eindhoven, Rotterdam and from 1998 for the whole of the Netherlands.

In 2001, he became Market Circle Leader responsible for the entire Andersen practice in the Netherlands. After the merger with Deloitte, he became a board member of Deloitte in 2002 and led the Corporate Market of large national and multinational...

C. de Boer
Board member
Cees de Boer Cees de Boer joined Arthur Andersen in 1981. Since the merger of Arthur Andersen between Deloitte in June 2002, he has worked for Deloitte. He has gained extensive experience as an accountant and later as a consultant to international clients. The last two years prior to his appointment to the Executive Board, De Boer was finance director for Deloitte, in which capacity he managed several restructurings.

Board member
Jorrit Volkers Jorrit Volkers (1959) graduated in 1983 from the University of Groningen as a junior civil-law notary and in 1985 as a tax lawyer. He began working in 1985 as a tax advisor at Begheyn & Sneep, one of the legal predecessors of the current Deloitte. He became a partner in 1993, charged with building up the tax practice in northern Netherlands.
His practice focused on the themes of wealthy individuals (this formed the basis for Deloitte’s PCS practice), investment funds and, recently, the care market. He has also filled a number of management positions within Deloitte; he has...
