Pete is a senior consultant in the Sports Business Group. He is a corporate tax specialist with over 8 years experience and has a wide range of sports clients including a number of National Governing Bodies. Since joining the Sports Business Group in 2005, he has advised LOCOG, the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games on the tax implications of winning the bid, provided tax input into numerous new stadium projects and corporate acquisitions in the sports sector, and provided advice on the tax efficiency of the corporate structure of various Worldwide organisations. Pete has deep experience in providing both tax compliance and advisory services to a range of clients, from UK Groups to large multinational companies. Pete is a Chartered Tax Advisor, as well as a Chartered Accountant. He is a co-author of the Deloitte Annual Review of Football Finance. In his spare time, Pete is interested in most sports. He enjoys football (both playing and watching his home town club Barnsley FC) and cricket.
