Experience

Wendy’s focus has primarily been in the areas of strategy alignment and operations improvement. Specifically, she has undertaken process improvement projects from their initial design through to implementation. This has involved integration with an organisation’s strategy, technology, and workforce development initiatives.

Wendy has also been seconded into senior management positions with Deloittes clients. This has placed her in the position to provide pragmatic and experience based advice on the most appropriate path for organisations undergoing these types of changes.

Wendy has had experience working in New Zealand, Australia, Asia and the United States. She has worked with a number of clients from both the public and private sectors, in the health, finance, manufacturing and utility areas.
