Diana is a specialist transfer pricing partner in the Tax service line in Wellington.

Diana has many years’ experience in providing tax advice in both New Zealand and the UK, and has specialised in transfer pricing in New Zealand since the inception of the regime in 1996. Prior to this Diana spent two years in international tax in our London office.

Diana has advised a large number of multinational clients on transfer pricing matters in a variety of industries. In particular, Diana has assisted a wide range of manufacturing, importation/distribution, and service provider entities.

She has been involved in successfully defending clients’ transfer pricing documentation and positions as part of both general tax and transfer pricing specific audits. Diana has also successfully negotiated clients’ transfer pricing policies with the Inland Revenue and achieved an optimal outcome for these clients.
