Experience
Iain joined Deloitte in 1991. When he first joined he spent 14 months in Business Solutions and two months in Corporate Finance before moving to Tax, where he specialised in the area of corporate income tax.
Iain’s experience has included a 15 month secondment to Air New Zealand as their acting group taxation manager. There he provided practical tax advice to executive management, managed their tax compliance systems and was responsible for their tax accounting.
Iain advises a wide range of clients on all corporate tax issues with a concentration on transport, manufacturing and retail & distribution areas. He also specialises in the tax issues relevant to new ventures developing new technologies.
