Ralph’s areas of specialisation are strategic planning, information management, design lead business focus, challenges of growth and profit improvement consulting.

He has a number of advisory board/mentor roles with growth-focused SME owner operated/closely controlled private companies.

His industry focus lies in the manufacturing, tourism and local government sectors. He has been involved in several strategic planning reviews and business planning for a number of organisations including city council arts, convention facilities clothing and manufacturing companies. He has been involved in the formation of local authority long term asset plans and in tourism specific projects, including a local authority international airport strategy.
