Experience

Andrew is a partner in the Auckland office who works with a variety of clients providing external audit and assurance services. These clients range from large listed entities to privately owned and operated companies. Andrew has particular expertise in working with entrepreneurial and growth companies.

Andrew has been named one of Deloitte’s International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) champions and will be at the forefront of Deloitte’s programme to assist clients with the introduction of IFRS.

Andrew has advised on the preparation of, and independently verified prospectuses seeking to issue debt and equity securities.

Other relevant experience includes, due diligence assignments and financial consulting roles including a full time secondment as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of Work Insurance during its business formation in 1998/99.
