Experience

Bruce is a partner in the firm’s Auckland tax practice. Bruce is responsible for leading the national Strategic Tax Services team. His expertise is in the corporate sector and includes: the development of value added tax solutions, assistance with effective tax structuring and the tax aspects of transactions, and undertaking Strategic Tax Reviews.

Bruce has experience working in theUnited States undertaking Strategic Tax Reviews for medium and large American and multi-national corporations.

Bruce is also involved in tax consulting and compliance services, strategic tax planning, management of Inland Revenue investigations and undertaking due diligences for corporate clients.
