Mike has a diverse range of accounting, consulting and work experience and leads the Dunedin operational consulting team.

Mike has a specific focus on growth business and emerging technologies and how to translate innovation from concept to commercial reality. He has significant experience advising start-ups, incubators and in the growing sectors of biotechnology and ICT. Mike advises on the range of issues they face, including strategy development, commercialisation pathways, deal options, and structural requirements.

Mike has undertaken broader accounting and consulting assignments for a wide variety of clients. This covers project management, performance assessment and strategy, due diligence, risk management, contract development and negotiation, outsourcing reviews, and financial and operational reporting.
