Experience

Bruce is a partner in Audit and Assurance in the Hamilton office and is part of the Deloitte management group. Bruce has been a partner of Deloitte since 1989 and has worked in both the Hamilton and Auckland offices.

Bruce has experience across a number of sector groups but is principally associated with process manufacturing, infrastructure through electricity lines and gas, ports and local authorities, the health sector and research and development. Other significant experience includes work with public entities and Maori organisations.

Bruce also has experience in accounting for complex transactions and complex groups of companies. He has also worked on significant due diligence transactions, project evaluation and post project review.

Pro Bono work or community involvement

Bruce undertakes a significant amount of Honorary audit work in the Waikato and has been a member of a number of school boards. He is part of OAG Advisory Group on Long Term Council Community Plans and is an occasional auditing presenter at University of Waikato.
