Stephen has considerable expertise in managing and advising on the tax issues arising in relation to mergers, acquisitions, divestments and initial public offerings.

He has significant experience advising multinational and major New Zealand corporate clients on their NZ tax obligations and opportunities. He has advised on all aspects of corporate tax including cross border structuring and investment, funding issues, repatriation of funds and exit strategies.
