Andrew is a partner in the Auckland office with many years of experience in audit services and the provision of business advice. He focuses on working with companies to identify systems, growth and profit improvement opportunities and providing solutions, which add value to their business.
Andrew provides audit services, technical accounting and general business advice to a number of listed and unlisted companies in the financial services, agribusiness, utilities, contracting and construction, manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods business sectors. This has included both audit assignments, due diligence assignments and internal audit reviews.
He has advised on the preparation of, and independently verified prospectus reports for equity and debt securities and undertaken a range of due diligence assignments for potential investors to provide assurance on historical and forecast financial performance.
