Experience

Vina has over 10 years of experience as a tax adviser to multinational and major New Zealand corporate clients. She has worked from Auckland and more recently Hamilton, on various consulting and compliance issues for clients, including cross border structuring and reorganisations. She has also managed a number of IRD audits for our clients.

A member of the Deloitte Global Transactions Services Team, Vina can assist clients on tax issues in relation to mergers and acquisitions, divestments, initial public offerings and due diligence reviews.

Vina has authored a number of articles for the Deloitte’s Tax Alert, monthly newsletter to clients, and presented for the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
