Experience

Grant is an experienced consultant and advisor for large technology transformation projects. His career started with public sector transformation projects in the 1990s and included supporting clients through the shift to eCommerce and web based environments. Grant also supported the insurance industry to shift relationships between brokers and customers through the use of direct web-based distribution channels.

More recently Grant has been supporting our clients through large process and technology change programmes. His experience and ability to focus on clients’ issues in a concise and insightful way has made him invaluable during programme start-up, from business case through to high level design and programme formation.
