.jpg) Robin Cohen is the Partner in charge of Deloitte’s Economic Consulting practice providing advice on economic regulation, competition policy and business economics. He has a PhD in economics from the London School of Economics and 18 years of experience in economic consulting. In the UK he has advised extensively on energy market issues, particularly through the electricity privatisation process, and on the design of new markets and regulatory issues. More recently he has advised on pricing issues for regulators such as OFGEM, the UK energy regulator, and the UK’s new Postal Services Commission. He has also advised on asset valuations, the cost of capital, regulatory accounting and strategy.
