Experience

Matt assists clients progress both nationally and internationally, through developing growth strategies leading capital transactions.

Currently Matt leads the Deloitte, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Escalator programme which assists emerging businesses in gaining access to funds for capital investment. He also leads the national GrowthPLUS programme and specialises in financial modelling and forecasting, business plan preparation, review of business models and business processes.

Matt joined Deloitte in 2002 after helping to establish an Internet start-up venture in the UK. Prior to this, he worked for the JADE Corporation in Christchurch running a small business unit that created multimedia products for the education sector.
