Jonathan Pearce’s experience covers a wide range of global mobility consulting, including transformation, global mobility program start-ups and global mobility strategy. Jonathan is a national champion for Deloitte’s* Global Mobility Transformation service offering and is currently focused on better integrating the mobility and talent functions of global organizations.

Specific engagements Jonathan has served include designing and implementing an integrated global mobility service delivery model, transitioning expatriate administration to an outsourced environment; re-engineering and harmonizing processes and supporting infrastructure for a large International Human Resources (IHR) program following the merger of two leading companies with established practices; leading successful global mobility technology implementations for global employers in the United States, Belgium and the United Kingdom, including incorporating technology configuration, process integration, training, change management and the resolution of data privacy and protection issues.

In his prior experience, Jonathan has provided a range of employment-related services, including tax consulting and employer compliance, employee incentive consulting and international compensation benchmarking for some of Asia-Pacific's leading global mobility programs. Jonathan has additional experience as an expatriate, having transferred to the U.S. from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Australia and participated in short-term assignments in the U.K. and Europe.

Jonathan earned Arts and Law degrees from the University of Sydney and has obtained Six Sigma Greenbelt and Design for Six Sigma certification. Jonathan is also certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and currently sits on the Forms Review Panel for the GPHR certification exam.
