Stephen is a partner in Deloitte Corporate Finance with over fifteen years experience in Australia, Hong Kong and France.  Stephen specialises in providing valuation advice for commercial and compliance purposes and preparing independent expert’s reports (IERs) for listed companies involved in M&A activity.  Stephen is also the Corporate Finance national leader for IFRS initiatives.

Stephen has provided corporate finance services to many different industry sectors and has performed valuations of household brand names and other intangible assets as well as preparing numerous IERs for Australian listed companies.   Stephen’s major clients served include:  ABB Grain, AGL, AMP, Burns Philp and Company, Coca-Cola Amatil, DCA Group, Macquarie Bank, Salmat, Stockland, Vodafone Australia and Westfield Group.
