 Christina Dorfhuber is a principal with Deloitte Consulting, where she leads Deloitte’s U.S. National Public Sector Strategy and Operations practice. Christina has been consulting in the public sector for more than 18 years, working for both federal and state governments. Christina joined Deloitte in 1996, focusing on major government transformation and efficiency efforts that included significant process and system change. In her role as the National Public Sector Strategy and Operations lead, Christina is actively involved in developing Deloitte’s capabilities and expertise in government cost reduction, customer relationship management, chief information officer management, government enterprise reengineering and operational performance improvement. She has presented numerous talks and papers on these topics. Christina holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
