 Clarence Kwan leads our organizationwide efforts to assist U.S. companies investing or operating in China, as well as Chinese companies seeking to access U.S. markets. From 1995 to 2002, Clarence was based in Beijing as the deputy chief executive officer of our China practice. Prior to being in China, he spent three years in Prague, Czech Republic, and also has worked in Houston, New York and Taipei since joining the organization in 1978.
