Bryan Suthard, a Human Resource Transformation specialist leader for Deloitte Consulting LLP, formerly was the president, CTO and founder of Xcelicor where he was responsible for the strategic business goals and supporting technical infrastructure of the company. Under Bryan’s leadership, Xcelicor accumulated a robust repository of technical tools that significantly and positively differentiated the company in how it delivered services to its clients. He has more than 14 years experience in the human resources (HR) software industry and is considered a technical wizard.

Previous to founding Xcelicor, Bryan worked for Oracle Corporation’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Consulting Group. He has significant experience implementing Oracle Applications, teaching Oracle University courses, and working closely with Oracle Development to improve the HCM products.

Deloitte recently acquired the assets of Xcelicor, a leading Oracle HCM systems integrator. This strategic acquisition strengthens Deloitte Consulting as the Human Resources Transformation (HRT) market leader and enhances our position as a premiere HCM systems integrator in the U.S.
