Jeffery M. Weirens is the principal and national  managing director, Divestiture Services, Deloitte Consulting LLP. He is a trusted advisor to senior client executive teams and boards of directors on improving shareholder returns through effective execution of merger, acquisition and divestiture strategies.

Jeff works closely with both strategic and financial clients to develop integration and divestiture strategies that maximize shareholder value through front-loading and expanding synergy capture, optimizing transition service agreements and resulting cost structures and planning and executing an issue-free Day One customer and employee experience.

Jeff has led many of Deloitte's most complex carve-out and merger integration projects around the globe, including Belgium, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States. He holds a master of business administration degree from The Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a bachelor of science degree in business from The Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
