Since joining Deloitte Consulting LLP (Deloitte Consulting) 15 years ago, Principal Janet Foutty, national managing director of the Technology Integration (TI) practice, has led projects for major capital markets and securities clients to help them in their efforts to transform their technology and operations. She also has taken leadership roles within our organization, whether on technology or financial services project teams or on women’s and diversity initiatives.

Janet’s market focus is in supporting clients undergoing major technology transformation, and she has led the way for large and varied national companies. Her experience encompasses client service in capital markets and securities within the technology, financial services, and mergers and acquisitions industries.

She also has been on the TI leadership team for three years, serving as the Regional Service Line Leader for the Midwest Region. She served on the Financial Services Industry leadership team as the Central Region Regional Industry leader and as the Human Resources leader. She also serves on the Deloitte Consulting Board of Directors and on both the Women’s Initiative and Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Councils. She served on the Global Chief Executive Officer’s Young Partner Advisory Group. Janet has a Bachelor of Science in math from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
