Robin Lissak is a principal in the Human Capital practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP. Based in the New York office, Dr. Lissak has more than 20 years of experience in human resources transformation for large, complex, global organizations.

His current focus is on helping companies with their globalization efforts and includes work on mergers & acquisitions, new market entry, workforce planning, global mobility and global compliance reporting. He is the co-author of A Thousand Tribes: How Technology Unites People to Create Great Companies with George Bailey.

Dr. Lissak holds a doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Illinois.
