Steven Ehrenhalt has spent more than 20 years providing consulting services to the finance function, helping those working within it to increase their contributions to their company’s value. As a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and the U.S. leader and global co-leader of our Finance Transformation and Strategy service offering, he has developed and refined our approach to helping our clients improve their governance and finance functions.
His areas of focus include finance transformation, performance management, planning, budgeting and forecasting, organizational design and talent management. Steven also provides consulting services for disclosure management, financial reporting and controls, delegation/grant of authority, costing and profitability measurement, as well as financial systems and process improvement. Steven is also a frequent contributor to publications such as Boardroom Briefing, CFO Magazine, Financial Executive and Financial Times. He earned a master of business administration degree in finance from the Columbia Business School and his bachelor of science degree in accounting from Yeshiva University.
