Finding, nurturing and keeping talent – and developing programs best suited to achieve those objectives – is a ceaseless corporate challenge these days. It takes a uniquely skilled and innovative professional to excel in an increasingly complex and competitive field.
Leah A. Reynolds is that professional. Leah develops people and change strategies for organizations during talent and rewards strategy re-designs, mergers and acquisitions and shifts in corporate culture.
In coming to Deloitte Consulting LLP in 2004, Leah’s mission was to build, energize and sustain a "Total Rewards Communication" practice. Mission accomplished. During her tenure, Leah created a generational "Point of View" study that applied to rewards, talent and communication – and a national rewards communication practice that has grown by 300 percent in the process.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Leah was the owner and president of Leah Reynolds Associates, a leading change-management and communication consulting firm. Among other senior leadership positions before that, she served as practice leader for Change Management, Communication and Measurement at a large consulting firm.
Leah is in demand as a speaker on generational and workplace issues. She has appeared at the Harvard Roundtable, the Human Capital Institute International Summit and the World-at-Work conference. Leah was recently named “Communicator of the Year” by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) for her thought leadership and contributions to the communications profession.
Leah's commentary on industry trends has been featured in leading publications, such as Accounting Today and the Chicago Sun-Times. She has written extensively for the Deloitte U.S. team and external audiences alike, including “The Gen Y Imperative” for Communication World in 2008.
Leah holds a master's degree in organizational communication from Eastern Michigan University.
