Larry Varellas has more than 27 years of experience serving real estate and construction clients. His practice focus has included inbound international investors/owners, hotel/resort owners, U.S and foreign construction companies, real estate limited partnerships and real estate investment trusts (REITs).

In addition to his client service work, Larry has held a variety of leadership positions. Besides his national tax managing partner role for Real Estate, Larry is also the Real Estate sector champion across multiple functions for the Northern Pacific Region and serves a variety of other regional and national roles.

Larry received his bachelor of science degree from the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business Administration. He has a California certified public accountant (CPA) license and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
