Roland Baroni is a senior manager in the Human Capital practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP, and deputy national leader for our Talent Strategies competency. Since 1999, he has led engagements dealing with talent management, organization design, the adoption of new technologies or processes, and aligning culture with business objectives. Roland serves clients in the Consumer & Industrial Products industry and has experience serving several of our largest Aerospace & Defense clients.
Roland holds a master of business administration degree from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of arts degree from College of the Holy Cross, where he served as a member of the board of trustees from 1999 to 2001. He is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
