Tom is the Process & Industrial Products sector leader for the Consumer & Industrial Products industry group. In this leadership role, Tom's focus is on building brand equity, growing market share, performance improvement and creating an effective network to deliver client service excellence to our process manufacturing industry clients.

Since 1988, Tom has garnered experience providing business and management advice to senior executives within the manufacturing industry. He has extensive experience in strategy, operations, large-scale process and design systems implementations and business transformation services and the implementation of technology solutions. Tom has significant international experience having supported a number of Deloitte's global client programs in South America, North America and Europe. As a lead principal for a top global chemical manufacturer in the United States, he directs a team in the delivery of a wide range of professional advisory services. 

In addition to Tom's market-facing leadership position, he serves as the managing director of the Deloitte Consulting LLP practice in New Jersey. In this role, Tom is responsible for leading the implementation of human resource initiatives as well as representing the local marketplace.

Tom is frequently quoted in top-tier industry publications such as Chemical Week.

Tom holds a master of business administration degree from Columbia University and a bachelor of arts degree from Hamilton College.
