 John Rhodes has 25 years of experience with Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving in a number of offices with some of our largest clients. He is responsible for the organization's services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology and device companies. John has significant experience with pharmaceutical, manufacturing and process industries, with a focus on accounting and auditing, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, business process and contracting issues, corporate compliance, strategic alliances, research and promotion collaborations, joint venture formations and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the editorial board of a pharmaceutical industry periodical, a frequent author and speaker on industry topics and issues, and conference chairman for the Pharmaceutical Accounting & Reporting Congress, which meets annually.
