Jeffrey Brown, a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, leads our client service efforts with several major financial institutions. He works in concert with our organization's distinct businesses (Audit & Enterprise Risk Services, Tax, Financial Advisory Services, Consulting) to help those clients address their increasingly complex opportunities. Jeffrey has been active in the financial services industry for more than 30 years, having served a wide range of leading banks, insurers, investment managers and related technology providers. He has been a frequent speaker at various financial service industry organizations and has written on diverse topics such as serving the financial needs of small businesses and the converging future of the life insurance, banking and health care industries. He is currently leading the Center for Banking Solutions’ work on evolving models of retail distribution.

Jeffrey earned a bachelor of arts degree, with Distinction, in both economics and mathematics from St. Olaf College and a master of business administration degree from Stanford University. He serves on the boards of Child Care Resources, Opera Carolina and the United Way of Central Carolinas Community Works.
