 Mike Reopel, based in Boston, joined Deloitte Consulting LLP as a principal in 2005. Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting, Mike led a global management consulting firm's East Coast consulting and strategy practices. Since 1986, Mike has been working with senior executives of leading industrial companies, focusing on business unit strategies, operations excellence, supply chain strategy and top-line growth initiatives. His publications include the book Winning the Profit Game and several articles in major business journals covering pricing and growth. Mike has lectured at numerous conferences including the Boston Foundation and the New England Council on new business development, strategic management and growth. He received his bachelor's degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point, and his master of pubic policy degree from Harvard University. Related Content:
