Matt Clark is a principal with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS) and serves as the Mid-America Practice leader for Technology, Media & Telecom Valuation, as well as partner in Deloitte FAS’s National Telecom Valuation Practice. Matt performs financial consulting assignments related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate decision analysis, valuation of businesses and securities for a variety of purposes, and dispute resolution. Matt has nearly 20 years of financial advisory and valuation experience.

Matt has provided valuations for financial and tax reporting requirements, with extensive experience in purchase price allocations under SFAS 141 and impairment studies under SFAS 142 and 144. He has also provided similar analyses under the relevant IFRS guidance. He has performed business and securities valuations in a variety of industries with significant concentration in the areas of telecommunications, software, media and high technology. In addition, Matt has significant experience in the valuation of intangible assets associated with these industries. He has provided services both on a domestic and on a global basis.
He has also worked on numerous litigation support engagements in the areas of valuation, economic damages and restructuring/reorganization matters, and has and given deposition testimony.

Matt has served numerous large, multinational clients for a variety of purposes, both domestically and internationally. International experience includes engagements for clients and/or targets in Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Norway, Russia, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.

In addition to Matt's experience in telecommunications, he has also served numerous high technology and media clients, as well as clients in manufacturing, retail, distribution, healthcare and transportation.
Matt has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University.
