 Joel Osnoss is the leader of the Global IFRS and Offerings Services group, which consists of more than 200 professionals around the world with extensive experience in guiding international clients through public and nonpublic offerings in the United States, as well as in advising clients on the adoption and application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Joel has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, providing assurance and advisory services to multinational Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered companies. Joel advises U.S. and non-U.S companies in several countries across various industries on the application of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, IFRS and the SEC’s regulations in connection with U.S. capital markets transactions. He is a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (which advises the Financial Accounting Standards Board on issues related to projects on its agenda), and serves as a representative for Deloitte on the International Practices Task Force of the Center for Audit Quality.
