Meet Bob Dalton

Bob DaltonDeloitte Consulting LLP (Deloitte Consulting) Principal Bob Dalton might be considered a trailblazer to some — after all, he’s been beating down a path to enterprise value for clients for more than 20 years. As one of the co-leaders of The Value Initiative, a global effort designed to help drive more value for clients, Bob has developed powerful perspectives, approaches, tools, and analytics that go beyond the hype and help clients create and protect value.

Bob’s breadth of experience encompasses client service and firm leadership positions. He currently serves as the Lead Client Service Principal for two of Deloitte Consulting’s global strategic clients. Bob was previously the global leader of Deloitte Consulting’s Process Competency practice area, which included a variety of service lines, such as Reengineering, Business Process Reengineering for Packages, Shared Services, Program Leadership, and Supply Chain Management.

Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration from the Keenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
