Jack Gilbertson is a senior manager in the National Regulatory and Capital Markets practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Jack has more than 20 years of experience providing regulatory, transactional  and financial professional services to clients in the health care industry. Since joining Deloitte & Touche LLP in 2007, Jack has worked on issues related to health care providers, health plans and life science companies.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Jack was a partner in the health care practice of an international law firm and specialized in representing health care companies in a broad range of regulatory, transactional and other corporate matters, including an emphasis on issues related to fraud and abuse and regulatory compliance; litigation dispute; mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; due diligence; general contracting; governance; billing and collection; executive compensation; valuation; financing; tax-exemption; government contracting; and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. 
Jack is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Michigan and previously worked for a Big Four accounting firm on audit, reimbursement, tax and other special engagements involving clients in the health care industry.
