Sean Trotman is a director and the East Region Global Rewards practice leader for Deloitte Tax LLP. He has more than 14 years of global rewards and tax experience.

Sean specializes in the global issues associated with the design and implementation of incentive compensation arrangements and has helped many of the world's leading companies design and implement equity incentive, deferred compensation, profit sharing and retirement programs for their global work force.

Sean is a member of a number of professional organizations, including British American Business, Inc., the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and the National Foreign Trade Council, and is a board director for the Global Equity Organization. He has written articles for numerous human resources and compensation and benefits publications and is a frequent speaker nationally and internationally on global compensation issues.

Sean holds a bachelor of science degree from Aston University in the United Kingdom and studied at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Rouen, France.
