Ron Arculeo is the Philadelphia practice leader for Employee Benefits Tax Services. Ron is an attorney with more than 20 years of employee benefits experience, including six years with the Internal Revenue Service and eight years with top law firms in New York and Philadelphia. 

Ron concentrates his practice in the areas of design, analysis, administration and termination of qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans. These plans include pension, profit-sharing, savings and 401(k), incentive and executive compensation, employee stock option plans (ESOP),  Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERP), early retirement windows, cafeteria, flexible spending, health, severance and other welfare and fringe benefit arrangements.

Ron obtained his bachelor's degree from Fordham University and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the ESOP Association, American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) Benefits Council of the Delaware Valley and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
