Profile

Kevin McFarlane is a Managing Director at Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF). His experience includes advising both public and private entities on a variety of strategic and financing initiatives with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and the raising of equity, hybrid-equity and debt capital from both the public and private markets. He has served as a lead advisor for companies across a broad spectrum of industries including, aerospace and defense,  consumer products, retail, media, software, technology, transportation, and general industrial manufacturing. He has significant deal experience working on cross-border transactions in Canada, China, Mexico, France and the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Deloitte Corporate Finance, Kevin spent over eight years with Goldman, Sachs & Co.Select DCF Transactions

  • Lead advisor to Raytheon in the divestiture of fractional jet operator Flight Options to HIG Capital
  • Lead advisor to the shareholders of Icon Systems in its sale to SAIC
  • Led the Deloitte Corporate Finance team in its role as the exclusive financial advisor to C&D Aerospace Group in its sale to Zodiac Group SA.
  • Advised the shareholders of Veco in its sale to CH2M Hill
  • Advised Bakkavor in its acquisition of Two Chefs on a Roll
  • Advised Bobrick Washroom Equipment, Inc, in its acquisition of the convenience and activities division of Koala Corporation.
  • Advised the management and shareholders of Yum Yum Donuts in their acquisition of the assets of Winchell’s Donut House.
  • Led the sale of Royal Robbins, a designer, marketer and distributor of outdoor apparel, to Phoenix Footwear.
